Torre a Cona is a historic estate producing refined and structured Chianti that reflects the character of the Colli Fiorentini. Badia a Corte, their Chianti Colli Fiorentini Riserva, is made from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes grown on limestone and clay-rich soils, which enhance both depth and elegance. Fermentation in stainless steel preserves vibrancy, followed by extended ageing in large oak casks to develop complexity and refine tannins. The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of ripe cherry, dark plum, and dried rose, complemented by notes of tobacco, cedar, and sweet spice.
