Inama has long been a champion of Soave, crafting wines that highlight the region’s volcanic soils and the expressive nature of Garganega. Campo dei Tovi comes from carefully tended vineyards in Soave Classico, where the mineral-rich terrain and optimal sun exposure contribute to the wine’s depth and precision. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve its bright aromatics, the wine is left on fine lees to develop additional texture and complexity. The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and jasmine, intertwined with subtle notes of almond and flinty minerality.
