Intro
Grapes for this wine come from the Curicó Valley, around the area of Molina, very close to the main range of the Andes. The Curicó Valley is one of the few in Chile where vineyards experience cooler temperatures in the east, rather than the west, so this wine displays all the ripe, tropical characters you would expect from Chilean Chardonnay but coupled with underlying freshness and balance.
Tasting Note
Bright and cheery with lovely lemony aromas and a creamy, tropical palate full of pineapple and tangerine. While packed full of ripe fruit, this wine isn’t just one-dimensional but rather it also offers attractive layers of mocha and spice with a refreshing finish. It’s a perfect mid-week fridge favourite.
